 Stage 1 - Inception: (Determine Brief) Let's chat over coffee! Informal, no-obligation discussion about your project, I will have a cup of coffee with you again to discuss your project, explain how I

work and what can be possible on your site. This is just me trying to better

understand your needs, what you envision for the project, your site constraints,

your budget, and your expected timeline

 Stage 2 - Concept & Viability: The house plan or building plan I will then create initial design plans, considering space, materials, services, views and check if the design meets local regulations and review costs and timeline. This is a collaborative exercise with you.

4.1 Documention and procurement

 Stage 3 - Design Development: (Digital model)  House plan/ building plan is presented in 3d format for your understanding. I will further refine the design, consult with authorities, and incorporate other services like structural engineering, building services and Landscaping. I will review costs, timeline with other design consultants.

 Stage 4.1 - Documentation & Procurement: (Final plans & Specifications) This is the actual building/ house plan that goes to municipality of approval.  I will prepare final detailed plans, specifications, and documents for local authority approval illustrating our design intentions in compliance with municipality laws.

 Stage 4.2 - Finalise construction documentation & Proceed to call for tenders: The construction details are refined here for your house plan (Tender procedures). I will create construction drawings that can be priced by contractors to give you a

better detailed budget for your project. My team and I will prepare documents to

invite contractors to bid, evaluate offers, and award the contract.

 Stage 5 - Construction: (Coordination & Site visits) We supervise construction of your house plan/ building plan. Contract administration: I am here to make sure the contractor produces the design intent as you and I had envisioned it and captured in on the drawings. I will oversee the building process,

ensuring compliance with plans, and administer the contract. If problems arise that

require design input (always happens) I am there to create details that still stay

true to the design intent.

6. Close Out

 Stage 6 - Close out: (Completion) This is After the contractor completes the project, I will prepare final documents (needed

by municipality) to legally occupy your building and then hand over the completed

project to the client. (Providing the client with as-built drawings is an additional service)*
