Stage 1 - Inception: (Determine Brief) Let’s meet for a coffee and chat about your project. Nothing formal, no pressure—just a conversation. I’ll explain how I work and what’s possible for your site. It’s really about me getting to know your ideas, your budget, your timeline, and what you’d like to see come to life.

Stage 2 – Concept & Viability
This is where ideas take their first breath. Your house plan or building plan begins as a sketch of possibility, shaped by light, space, and the rhythm of daily life. Together, we weave materials, services, and views into a design that not only meets regulations but also feels alive with potential. Costs and timelines are gently placed on the canvas, giving form and balance to the vision. This stage is a dance between your dreams and my craft — a collaboration that sets the foundation for all that follows. 

Stage 3 – Design Development
Your house plan or building plan comes alive as a digital model, letting you step inside your future space. Together, we refine each detail — your vision guiding, my craft shaping. With authorities, engineers, and landscapers woven into the process, we align costs and timelines, ensuring the dream grows clearer and stronger. 

Stage 4.1 – Documentation & Procurement (Final Plans & Specifications) This is where our vision takes its final form—a complete house or building plan ready for the municipality’s approval. I craft detailed plans, specifications, and documents that translate our design intentions into precise, buildable instructions, all in harmony with local regulations. Every line, note, and detail tells the story of the space we’ve imagined together, ensuring your dream moves seamlessly from paper to reality. 

Stage 4.2 – Finalise Construction Documentation & Tender
Your house plan or building plan is refined into detailed construction drawings, ready to speak to the hands that will bring it to life. Together, we shape documents for contractors to bid, carefully evaluate their offers, and select the team to craft your vision. Every line guides the journey from imagination to the first brick laid, turning our shared dream into a tangible reality. 

Stage 5 – Construction: Coordination & Site Visits
We bring your house plan or building plan to life. I oversee construction, ensuring the contractor realizes the vision we’ve crafted together. Through site visits and contract administration, I guide every step, resolving challenges with design solutions that stay true to our original intent. Your dream takes shape, grounded in both care and creativity 

Stage 6 – Close Out: Completion
At last, your house plan or building plan reaches its full expression. I prepare the final documents for municipal approval, paving the way for you to legally inhabit your space. Then, with pride and care, I hand over the completed project — a dream transformed into reality. (As-built drawings can also be provided as an additional service.)
