TIMELESS: Windsor park, Ruwa, ZIMBABWE

Windsor Ruwa, Zimbabwe. Client wanted a timeless family home, a home that works for kids an entertainers dream. They wanted a house that will survive the test of time, we thought of a pavilion styled house and this was our execution. Timeless house plan

HOUSE INFINITY

Brief: Modern | Investment | Views

HOUSE INFINITY: Palm lakes estate, Balitto, KZN, SOUTH AFRICA

This house plan is nestled on a very steep 500sqm site in Balitto, KZN Our most challenging build yet. 4 bedrooms with generous views and a lounge and entertainment area on the lower level. The infinity pool is what we the client and ourselves loved the most, hence the project name.

THE COVE: Norton, Zimbabwe

Our clients were looking to create an investment property in Norton, Zimbabwe. Looking to create a 2 bed unit and a 3 bed unit on the same property.  There is an ever increasing demand for housing in Harare hence the need for rental property. This house plan's  short side was oriented eastwards and the long side was oriented Northwards. The living spaces are very well lit and creates optimum comfort. 

HOUSE ON A HILL

Brief: Grande| Luxury | Imposing

HOUSE ON A HILL: Chishawasha hills, Harare, ZIMBABWE

This is one of our most challenging projects to date, set on the hills of Chishawasha in Harare this house boasts of amazing views on the front and back. To fully capture them the building plan had to be oriented on the east west axis to fully benefit from the north light.

Brief: Compact | Quaint | family

HOUSE FAIRVIEW: Fairview estate,  Harare, ZIMBABWEThis house is currently under construction in Fairview estate Harare. The client wanted a compact, quaint modern family home and we explored the H-Type form with public spaces in the middle and private spaces on the wings. This house is fully bathed with daylight during the course of the day and appropriate heat gain control was implemented.

Brief: Retirement home Expansive |: Plettenberg bay, western cape, SOUTH AFRICA

Challenging site with competing demands, Views on south end and south entry to site. How  to marry North light and south facing views is what makes this house unique. We placed all living spaces along the west-east axis and all bedrooms on the north. We have gotten used to the challenge.

HOUSE DOMBOSHAVA: Domboshava, ZIMBABWE

This house is currently under construction in Domboshava, Zimbabwe. There is a sprouting medium density suburb in Domboshava and uptake of farmland homes. This is our contemprary take on african modernism.
