 This house plan is nestled on a very steep 500sqm site in Balitto, KZN Our most challenging build yet. 4 bedrooms with generous views and a lounge and entertainment area on the lower level. The infinity pool is what we the client and ourselves loved the most, hence the project name.  

 Our clients were looking to create an investment property in Norton, Zimbabwe. Looking to create a 2 bed unit and a 3 bed unit on the same property.  There is an ever increasing demand for housing in Harare hence the need for rental property. This house plan's  short side was oriented eastwards and the long side was oriented Northwards. The living spaces are very well lit and creates optimum comfort.
